YOGA ISN'T JUST FOR ADULTS!


‚ÄčKIDS YOGA (ages 3-8)

This practice is designed with yoga as the foundation. Each class explores yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness. During this class students will learn inversions and methods to guide in flight. This will help take their practice to a whole new level. Yoga props add to the playful enjoyment.

THURSDAYS 4-5PM

 

TWEENS (ages 9+)

This practice is specifically designed for TWEENS & TEENS to work on strength and flexibility, while relieving the stress of their daily academic and athletic schedule. Each class offers sun salutations, headstands, forearm stands, crow, planks, tree pose, warrior, etc. Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or never stepped on a mat this class is for you. During these sessions we will break down the asanas, power through vinyasa, learn to take flight, and jam out to music while discussing real life issues. All levels welcome, as yoga is for everyone. Bring an open mind, open heart, and get ready to have fun in the world of YOGA.

TUESDAYS 4-5PM

Drop ins are always welcome & we offer a drop in rate of $12 or a 10 class pass for $120.
