WHY ARE SOME CLASSES WARM?

Some classes are labeled WARM, which means the studio is heated to 80 degrees.  You are building heat from the inside out.

The warmth helps:

  • Loosen & warm up the muscles more quickly.
  • Creates a challenge so you quiet the chatter of the mind.
  • Increases the your cardiovascular, digestive & immune systems.
  • Eliminates toxins & detoxifies the body.
