WHAT TO EXPECT...
We have a variety of classes, workshops and events for you to chose from. If you would like some information or guidance about where to begin please do not hesitate to email or come into our studio to meet with Lisa Matthews or our highly experienced certified instructors. We do however suggest you begin with our Beginner Series, Yoga Basics or one of our Stretch classes.

Some classes are labeled WARM, which means the studio is heated to 80 degrees. You are building heat from the inside out.
